Administrator
We are seeking an Administrator to join Wrightbus' fantastic team based in Galgorm.
Pay Rate: £24,000 per annum
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.15am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 1pm
Job Type:
Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
Job Criteria: - Must have strong experience within an Administrative background - Ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Ability to work well under pressure - Highly competent using MS Office Packages - Strong communication & problem-solving skills. - Ability to meet tight deadlines and forward thinking.
Job Duties: - Update data on a daily and weekly basis. - Create and maintain registers, logs and databases - General data input and administrative tasks. - Dealing with queries on the phone and by email. - handling purchase orders, stock and delivery tracking
Additional Information: This Admin position is in Galgorm, Northern Ireland.
