We are currently seeking an Administrator to support our team with administrative tasks and contribute to the success of our business within the lift and escalator industry.

Position Overview:

As an Administrator in the lift and escalator industry, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our team members, including engineers, technicians, and project managers. You will assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our projects and day-to-day activities, all while working remotely. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and organising administrative tasks such as scheduling site visits, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining schedules for team members.
  • Assisting with document preparation, including drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations related to lift and escalator projects.
  • Ordering parts and equipment for client projects.
  • Assess worksheets and data input as required.
  • Handling incoming emails, phone calls, and inquiries from clients and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases, including project files, client information, and equipment inventory.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow across various departments and projects.
  • Providing general administrative support to assist with the efficient operation of the lift and escalator projects.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an busy administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
