About The Role:

Days of Working: Monday to Friday

Shift Pattern: 

09:00am to 17:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration Services – Recording and transferring all information onto in house systems, ensuring all information is accurate, as well as Binding, Filing, Stock level checks and Data Entry.
  • Mail Courier Services – responsible for mail and courier services on a daily basis. Taking responsibility for highly confidential and sensitive documentation
  • Packaging and Delivery – Ensuring safe delivery of packed work back to the client.
  • Assist in solving operational problems as the arise
  • Carrying out basic maintenance tasks onsite as necessary.
  • Answering and directing calls when required.
  • Liaising with various contractors on site when required
  • Assisting with internal office moves such as relocation of desks, chairs around the premises.
  • Working well as a team member but also on their own initiative.
  • Any other duties that may be reasonable required of you given the broad nature of the role and the time available.

Essential Hiring Criteria:

  • Fluent English -essential.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint ,and Outlook.
  • Reliable and a good timekeeper
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Awareness of health, safety, and security issues
  • Ability to work on own initiative with a proactive, professional approach
  • Good organisational skills& ability to prioritise workload efficiently
  • Problem solving skills & attention to detail
  • A flexible attitude and a proven record as a strong team player
  • Utmost discretion and confidentiality in all matters relating to work is essential
