KBG are recruiting for an Administrator – Cavan Office
Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:-
- Performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Entering data, maintaining databases and maintaining accurate client information on files.
- Maintain and organise management diaries in a fast moving environment.
- Produce invoices and statements using Sage.
- Work on Microsoft word to compose letters to clients, legal agreements and client declarations.
- Provide support to a number of teams within the business.
- Reception support.
Applicants should have:-
- Experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Capacity to work as part of a team is essential.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
