Administration Officer (NIRRC)
Belfast
Fixed Term until 31st March 2025
(Monday – Friday)
35 hours per week
£23,887.50 per annum


Bryson Care are recruiting for an administrator to assist with the day-to-day operational support and administrative activities of the Northern Ireland Refugee Resettlement Consortium (NIRRC)


What you’ll be doing:
Assist with maintaining internal systems and procedures, ensuring confidentiality at all times
Attend and arrange meetings as required
Assist the Project manager with the distribution of Refugee Grants during the arrival period
Assist with the administrative processes around dissemination of Housing Grants to Refugee families in liaison with NIHE, Key Workers and the Department for Communities (DfC)
Assist Bryson Finance with finance tasks including, invoicing and vouching NIRRC activities as evidence to back up financial claims to The Executive Office.

Essential Criteria
A minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent, at Grade C or above, including English Language and Maths
Minimum of 2 years paid employment in an administrative role including finance reconciliation, claims vouching, processing of invoices and general administrative duties
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop working relationships
Proven experience of communicating both orally and in writing
Clear equality ethos
Desirable criteria
Minimum of 1 years experience of networking with organisations
Knowledge of equality legislation
A full and current driving license and access to transport
