Accounts Assistant

What you'll do
- Maintain efficient business administration processes to ensure accounts payable invoices are entered in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage supplier account queries through email and phone
- Supplier account reconciliation and investigation
- Inter-company balance reconciliation and group-wide settlement
- Month end and Year End analysis and review of accounts
- Fixed Asset bookings and reconciliations
- Accounts Receivable processing and Customer Account management
- Ensure proper execution of internal controls and procedures
- Liaise with various departments to resolve queries
- General admin duties as required
What you'll need
- Third level degree beneficial but not essential
- Minimum 1 year Administrative / Office experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications in particular Excel
- Experience of Accounting systems (SAP) is beneficial
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Flexible with the ability to work under pressure
What you'll receive
Through our salary system, we ensure pay equality across all positions at Lidl
- €35,500 rising to €48,000 after 3 years
- 20 days holidays per annum rising to 25 days after 2 years
