Accounts Administrator

Bagenalstown, CarlowFull-time

Accountancy Practice seeks an Accounts Administrator for their busy office.

This person will support the accountancy team by performing various tasks and maintaining efficient office procedures.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Accurate processing and coding of invoices
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Preparing and submission of VAT returns
  • Preparation of payroll for various clients
  • PAYE reconciliations
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

The suitable candidate must be:

  • Capable of working on your own initiative.
  • Have excellent organisational skills.
  • Have Excellent interpersonal, communication, computer and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter who has the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
