Accounting Technician Apprentice

Trainee accounting technician The successful candidate will be expected to be eligible for and complete the Accounting Technicians Ireland apprenticeship

Your initial role will include but not be limited to the following

Inputting and reconciling AP invoices and ensuring they match PO and GRPO Reconciling the creditors statement for month end; Assisting with VAT returns and forwarding to Revenue;

Assisting with customers invoices and quotations;

Assisting with stock control

Any other Ad hoc admin while assisting the Finance Manager

Full training will be provided and you will work alongside the Finance manager who will oversee your on the job training as a mentor.

Should be eligible to work in Ireland

Fluent English written and Oral

Hard working and willing to learn

Can work on own initiative
