We currently have a new vacancy for a Recently Qualified Accountant to join the Finance team based in our Head Office in Dublin City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a competitive and fast paced retail environment.

In this role you will work on various projects and work closely with many of the teams in Dunnes Stores.

Some of the key responsibilities include the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for producing year end accounts using SAGE for subsidiary
• Manage the end-to-end audit of the year end accounts
• Produce monthly management accounts going forward
• Lead the migration of relevant data from SAGE to Oracle
• Be the main point of contact subsidiary working with Buying, Operations and other stakeholders across the business. Providing Insight and variance analysis.
• Accountable for assisting teams with building budgets and cashflow forecasting.
• Assist with different ad-hoc projects within the team and department.

Requirements:

• Newly Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 2 years auditing experience within practise.
• Experience of Auditing within FMCG/Retail companies is desirable
• Previous experience working with [product sales and stock within auditing is essential.
• SAGE experience is essential, Oracle experience is preferred.
• Strong communicator with the ability to act as a liaison between finance and the wider business
• Team player with a Strong work ethic
