IN-VEST is an innovative pilot initiative funded by JP Morgan. It differentiates from other employability programmes. The flexibility to tweak and tailor the content and delivery based on learning with a focus on soft skills would not be possible in other accredited employability programmes offered. IN-VEST was not linked to welfare payments, so participants were not mandated to attend hence participants were motivated by other intrinsic factors to participate (IN-VEST Evaluation October, 2019)
