About the Role: The Risk Analytics Department is a central function within AIB with the remit to develop strong credit and financial risk measurement and decision-support throughout every aspect of our businesses and control functions. The outputs from Risk Analytics deliver optimal pricing for our customers, quick and convenient credit decisions, a safe lending and borrowing environment, and efficient use of our shareholders’ capital with sustainable returns. In addition, the teams regularly carry out ad-hoc analysis and assessments to support the business and any regulatory considerations of the ongoing appropriateness of the models and their outputs. This role is in the IRB (Internal Rating Based Approach) Model Development Team in Risk Analytics. They are responsible for the design and delivery of predictive credit risk measurement models relating to the Bank’s Pillar 1 capital PD, LGD and EAD models. These models are used to determine the level of risk associated with individual borrowers and drive the determination of the Bank’s regulatory capital requirements. The team is currently undertaking a multi-year redevelopment of all IRB models followed by the rollout of new IRB models, which represents a key strategic objective for the bank. The role involves working closely with our colleagues across the Business, Credit Risk and the Chief Data Office. This role is in Specialised Lending IRB Model Development team and will play a leading role in the re-development of existing and new IRB models for specialised lending under the banks’ IRB rollout plan. You will work alongside teams based in the UK and in Dublin. What you will bring: We’re looking for someone who would be interested in: What you will bring: 3 years’ experience in a model monitoring, model development or model validation role. Examples include: IRB; IFRS 9; loss forecasting; stress testing or economic capital modelling; propensity modelling; or a combination thereof. A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative analytical discipline (2.1 or higher), e.g. mathematics, applied mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering, econometrics. Ideally have advanced level of SAS or SQL programming – an equivalent level in an alternate programming language would be consider (e.g. R, Python, Matlab). Strong ability to build relationships and communicate with key stakeholders; Curiosity and inventiveness. The following are the minimum physical requirements: a. Height A candidates’ height will be determined at the Medical Examination – see Para. 8. Weight and chest measurements must be in keeping with height and age. Min. height: 157.48cm. Note: BMI will be determined at Stage 2, the Assessment Phase of the competition b. Vision Colour vision must be normal. Both eyes must be free from disfiguring or incapacitating abnormality and free from acute or chronic disease. There must be no evidence of squint or latent squint. The eligibility of applicants who have had previous incisional or laser treatment to correct visual acuity will be determined at the Medical Examination. Please see Annex C for further information. Vision must be not be less than 6/18 in each eye, corrected to not less than 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in the other. c. Dental Candidates must be free from any serious periodontal disease and possess teeth to a specific standard, which is not less than the equivalent of eleven over eleven natural teeth functionally opposed. In certain circumstances, artificial teeth may be acceptable. d. Hearing A good standard of unaided hearing is essential. Candidates will be required to undergo an audiometric test at which: (1) The sum of the hearing threshold at 1,2,3, 4 and 6 kHz should not exceed the age and gender related warning levels contained in the "Guidelines on Hearing Checks and Audiometry Regulations 2007", issued by the Health and Safety Authority. (2) Candidates under 25 years of age must be able to hear all measured pure tones up to and including 8 kHz at 20dB in each ear. Candidates aged 25 and older must be able to hear all measured pure tones up to and including 8 kHz at 25dB in each ear. Candidates must also be free from acute or chronic ear disorders. Candidates are advised to avoid all sources of loud noise or music for a period of 48 hours prior to this audiometric test, as exposure to such noise may adversely affect the results of the test. N.B. Candidates must satisfy these various medical and physical standards and requirements in order to remain in the Competition. In addition, successful Candidates will be required to undertake compulsory random drug testing throughout their career in the Defence Force in accordance with Defence Force Regulation A7. Stage 1 – Online Psychometric Testing Stage 1 of the selection procedure involves tests that measure a range of skills and qualities that are necessary in the job. These tests provide a consistent and suitable way of screening candidates at the initial stage of the selection campaign. These tests are designed to identify the most suitable people to go forward to the next stage of the Cadetship Competition. The tests have been designed so that they are fair to all applicants and are objectively scored. Candidates will be required to complete an unsupervised psychometric test online. Candidates will be supplied with psychometric test familiarisation material in order to introduce them to the format of the tests. Candidates will be required to complete the unsupervised online psychometric test within the timeframe specified by the Defence Force. Candidates should pay particular attention to ensuring that the contact details specified on their application are correct. Candidates who have attained the requisite score in the unsupervised online psychometric test, at Stage 1 will be required to attend for a subsequent supervised online psychometric test at Stage 2. Note: If a candidate fails to meet the minimum standard at Stage 1, they will not be permitted to proceed to the next stage of the competition. Stage 2 – The Assessment Phase Army, Army (Equitation School), Army (Engineer Corps) and Army (Ordnance Corps) candidates who have attained the requisite score at Stage 1 of the competition, will be required to attend at the Defence Force Training Centre, Curragh, Co. Kildare, for the Assessment Phase (possible overnight duration) of the Competition. The Assessment Phase will consist of the following: Physical Fitness Test: In order to qualify for a Cadetship, candidates will be required to pass a physical fitness test, which is designed to assess their potential to undergo the rigours of military training. Candidates must attain the standard laid down in order to proceed in the competition. A candidate must complete this test as part of their cadetship application; this test is not valid for any other Cadetship applications or other Defence Force competitions. (See Annex ‘D’ for details of the test and suggested training programme). Supervised online Psychometric Test. If a candidate’s performance at a supervised test is outside the expected scoring range from their unsupervised test at Stage 1, they may be excluded from subsequent stages of the selection process. Group Assessment: Candidates will be required to participate in a group assessment. Realistic Job Preview: This involves a familiarisation visit to the Cadet School at the Military College, Curragh, Co. Kildare and informal interaction with instructional staff and Cadets All components will be conducted on the one occasion. Note: If a candidate fails to meet the required standard at the Assessment phase, they will not be permitted to proceed to the next stage of the competition. Online Personality Questionnaire. Candidates who have attained the requisite score at Stage 2 of the competition will be sent an online personality questionnaire to be completed within the timeframe specified by the Defence Force prior to attending for interview. Note: In addition to the above, candidates for Cadetships in the Army Equitation School will be required to undergo and pass a practical equestrian test before attending for Stage 3 - The Interview. If a candidate fails to meet minimum standards of equestrian test, they will not be permitted to proceed to the next stage of the competition. This is a scored test standardised to the ‘Showjumping Ireland National 5 Bar Assessment’ for young riders. The applicant’s score will form part of their overall score in the cadetship competition. Stage 3 - The Interview Successful candidates will be invited to the Cadet School, Military College, Defence Forces Training Centre, Curragh Camp, Co. Campus Maintenance Operatives

The Purpose of the Role The Campus Maintenance Operatives will report to the Campus Maintenance Manager who in turn reports to the Campus Services Manager. Campus Maintenance is responsible for but not limited to, the maintenance and upkeep of College grounds hard and soft landscaping, fabric and roofing, window cleaning, pavements, roadways, external signage, fencing, railings, window cleaning, drains, etc. Context The Campus Maintenance team provide the service across the estate. The University’s estate is geographically scattered, currently comprising of but not limited to the main campus site in the City Centre and various peripheral sites including Santry, Iveagh Grounds in Crumlin the Trinity Centre at St. James’s Hospital, the Boat Club Islandbridge, the Enterprise Centre Pearse Street, Trinity Hall student residences and the Botanic Gardens at Dartry. The Campus Maintenance Operative will be required to work at any or all the University’s sites. The Campus Maintenance Operatives will work 39 hours per week – full-time - 5 days which will include a Sunday. The Campus Maintenance Operatives will be required to work Sunday to Thursday. There is a single role for each time slot 08:30 to 17:00 and 10:30 to 19:00. At the end of this competition, Estates and Facilities will create a panel of suitably qualified individuals to fill Campus Maintenance Operative vacancies across the team. In the event that a Campus Maintenance Operative position becomes available, within 6 months of the interview date the candidates who are deemed appointable from this competition will be offered the next available Campus Maintenance Operative post. Main Responsibilities • The Campus Maintenance Service currently operates between the hours of 07:00 to 22.00 7 days a week. • The Campus Maintenance Operative will be required to work Sunday to Thursday from either 08:30 to 17:00 or 10:30 to 19:00. • The Campus Maintenance Operative shall have a degree of flexibility to work outside those hours when required. • To work as part of the Campus Maintenance Team and / or individually within the team. • To maintain a high standard of quality work and to provide a high service level to the Estates & Facilities Department and its customers. • To maintain a high level of housekeeping to correspond with all health & safety requirements. • To load/unload vehicles using materials handling equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, Teleporter, tail lifts etc. and provide assistance to colleagues in this task where necessary. • To assist the team in the organisation, coordination of delivery and implementation of the service delivery to the College Community with its external partners on the main campus and external sites. • To participate with the team in the continuous improvement of service delivery ensuring that policies and procedures comply with legislation and regulatory requirements. • To attend training as required to drive, operate machinery and equipment to carry out the duties of the post. • To attend training as required to ensure that duties are carried out in compliance with Health and Safety Regulations and College legislative requirements. • To be responsible for the cleanliness and neat presentation of work areas and vehicles, equipment always. • To undertake routine daily maintenance on all plant and equipment. • To undertake all work in accordance with hazards identified, safe systems of work and risk assessments. • To complying with agreed timekeeping/clocking requirements. • To keeping a log/record of work done and chemicals, machinery, etc., used. • To liaise and cooperation with College’s external partners and contractors. • To take responsibility for the operation, security, and contents of the Campus Maintenance Stores in its various locations including key holding as instructed by the Campus Maintenance Manager. • Relief of other members of the Campus Maintenance Team as so directed by the Campus Maintenance Manager and / or any other Manager within the Estates & Facilities structure. • Other such tasks as may arise in general conformity with the foregoing duties, or like those which have traditionally been performed by the Campus Maintenance Service. Litter & Waste Management • To carry out deep cleans and litter picks of the College campus (soft and hard landscape) and site which include emptying the bins and changing bin liners, remove the waste, rubbish, cigarette butts, leaves, weeds, foliage etc. from the top of the bins, inappropriate waste streams and dispose of, and to wash the bins. • To collect and remove all waste, rubbish, cigarette butts, inappropriate waste streams from the grassed area, flower beds, soft landscaped areas and dispose of. • To identify and note the main areas of litter pollution within the College by visual inspection. • To maintain a weekly record of areas covered, cleaning carried out and problem areas found. • To report any graffiti, vandalism and clean graffiti were so directed. • To carry out weeding of hard and soft landscape areas. • To power wash and disinfect soiled area, waste collection areas, and waste collection bins. • To carry out leaf collection and dispose of. • To keep entrances to buildings and gates, clean and clear of obstructions always. • To ensure roads, pathways and all access areas are kept clear of leaf’s, other tree debris litter etc. • To maintain the grounds and gardens on Campus and at external College properties. This will involve the use of machinery, tools, chemicals, etc. • To clean and sweep the external hard landscape of the Pavilion / dressing rooms and internal building including the toilets, showers, changing rooms, function rooms etc. before and after use. Soft Landscape, Sports Felds & Tracks • To maintain the lawns, flower beds, hedges, playing fields and hard-court areas to a high standard ensuring they are safe, fit for purpose and litter free. • To carry out marking and preparation of sports fields, including putting up and taking down of nets, goal posts, flags, padding of posts, signage etc., (This includes putting them out before events / games and taking in after completion). • To provide attendance at fixtures and events as directed and / or rostered. • To carry out maintenance and improvement of the playing surfaces (e.g., crickets square, running tracks, tennis courts etc.) and surrounding areas as directed. • To carry out mowing and undertaking grass cutting. • To undertake grounds maintenance duties, such as hedge trimming, shrub and tree pruning, weeding etc. • To undertake horticultural operations, e.g. ground preparation, planting, turfing, seeding, pruning etc. • Use safely pesticides and herbicides etc. in accordance with current regulation and assessments. • To keep up to date records of chemicals used and location applied. • To carry out cleaning, unblocking, and ensuring that all drains and gullies are kept clear and free flowing. • To carry out repairs to the drainage as directed. • To maintain the grounds and gardens on Campus and at external College properties. This will involve the use of machinery, tools, fertilizers/ chemicals, etc. Hard Landscape • To clear snow, ice, moss, and detritus as appropriate, including treatment of surfaces with salt, etc. • To carry out repairs to hard landscape areas including, relaying, replacing, levelling paving, slabs / kerbs, filling potholes in roadways, cobbles, drainage etc. • To power wash hard landscape areas as so directed. • To carry out repairs to signage, handrails, fences, bollards, benching etc. and all campus furniture. • To undertake all work in accordance with hazards identified, safe systems of work and risk assessments. • To keeping a log/record of work done and chemicals, machinery, etc., used. • To maintain the landscape on Campus and at external College properties. This will involve the use of machinery, tools, chemicals, etc. • To maintain hard court areas to a high standard ensuring they are safe, fit for purpose and litter free. • To carry out cleaning, unblocking, and ensuring that all drains and gullies are kept clear and free flowing. Fabric Works • To carry out cleaning of roof valleys, gutters, downpipes etc. and dispose of waste off site. • To carry out minor roofing repairs. • To raise and lower the flags at ground level, and on roof level throughout the College Estate. • To carry repairs to fabric of the College Estate. • To carry out cleaning of windows, doors, roof lights etc. • To carry out cleaning of fabric including, power washing, washing, steam cleaning, removal of vegetation etc. • To carry out cleaning, unblocking, and ensuring that all drains and gullies are kept clear and free flowing. Key Responsibilities overviewTechnical:· Use excel, google sheets, Tableau, SQL and internal tools to develop dashboards, charts and spreadsheets to support communication of metrics and reporting. · Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop tooling, automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes. · Develop and maintain accurate financial reports using SQL and Tableau to retrieve and visualise data. · Maintain and monitor automated data pipelines in power automate, google appsheets and internal automated systems. · Maintain and manage SharePoint sites, Google Drive folders, Google sites, and Google Apps. · Migrate data to multiple platforms to assist in creating a better overview, to reduce duplication and track current versions. · Support in clients Wiki page maintenance and updates I.E. Information Webpage. · Develop and optimise Cornerstone training reports. Administrative: · Coordinate, support and take part in coordinator meetings, IE: Safety Committee Meetings, FMX Sync Calls, Drill and Standards Meetings. · Maintain client’s assessment action items and observation tracker. · Support document turnover process and metrics. · Manage Facility Support Forms/Tool and program implementation as well and tracking of progress using dashboards. · Assist with Data Centre new building handover process/site turnover checklist/first day of business checklist. · Assist in managing standards implementation for site and to spearhead collaborative efforts with assisting other sites with implementation of same systems. · Support coordination, tracking and enrolment of coordinator lead training. · Collaborate with EHS and Security to manage site induction training and vendor enrolment onto an e-permit system. · Manage and maintain workplace learning groups. · Assign EHS trainings from Cornerstone LMS to FTE’s, contingency workers and contractors as directed. · Establish and maintain cross-functional and positive working relationships.  · Work with highly confidential information.  · Administration Support to Fusion at FSL direction. · Assist with other site activities as required, in conjunction with site specific scope of tasks. Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Essential · 2+ years’ experience in data and/or document related field. · Knowledge of management systems. · Experience and understanding of working under pressure and deadlines. · Knowledge in Office 365/Google drive and associated applications. · Experience learning and working with multiple applications.  Desirable · 5+ years’ experience in data and/or document related field. · Experience with SQL, Advanced excel (pivot reports/power query), Tableau, Data analysis. · Experience with Google Appsheets or Microsoft power apps. · Maintenance planning and/or workflows activities. · Certificate in administration or related field. · Experience working with QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health and Environment) Aptitudes · Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate intelligently and effectively with the client, employees, and subcontractors. · English Verbal and written Character
