Job Purpose Dawn Farms is currently seeking a Customer Services Graduate to join our Customer Interface Department to be based in our head offices in Naas, Co. Kildare . The Customer Services Graduate will manage manage customer needs and expectations from point of receipt of an order right through our Supply Chain liaising with Procurement, Planning, QA, Cold Stores, Logistics and Accounts, until receipt of payment from our customer. Positions: Full-Time, Fixed Term 2 years. Location: Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland. Person Centred Wing Project Manager
Role: Person Centred Wing Project Manager Location: The successful candidate will have the choice of working in Monasterevin, Co. Kildare or Tullamore, Co. Offaly Tenure: Two Year Fixed Term Contract (Full-time) A review of Muiríosa Foundation’s individualised service arrangements under the auspices of the Person Centred Wing was undertaken. The review supported the development of these services in line with appropriate standards, regulations, and policies and procedures. The PCW Project Manager is responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of these service developments. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following: · Relevant professional qualification desirable. · Further education and courses specific to the duties of this role is highly desirable. E.g. Social Role Valorisation. · Full Clean Driver’s License. · At least 3 years’ relevant Managerial and Supervisory experience. · Project management experience desirable. · Displays professional knowledge and skills in order to undertake role. · Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills, written and verbal. · Strong Initiative and Motivation. · Excellent organisational, logistical and I.T skills an advantage. · Flexible and capable of managing competing priorities within their workload. · Displays leadership and problem-solving skills. · Excellent attention to detail required. · Work on their own initiative as well as being a team player supporting their colleagues. · Flexibility and willingness to adapt. · As part of the role, you will be required to travel between locations across the organisation and must use your own transport for same.
