Junior Parts Advisor

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Parts Advisor, your duties will include :

• Assisting customers in identifying and sourcing the correct Mercedes-Benz parts and accessories.
• Providing accurate information on parts availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborating with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Maintaining and managing the parts inventory, including stock ordering, receiving, and storage.
• Placing special orders for parts that are not in stock and ensuring a quick turnaround.
• Promoting and upselling Mercedes-Benz genuine parts and accessories to customers.
• Keeping accurate records of all parts transactions using dealership management software.
