As a Designate Branch Manager, you will step into the heart of our operations, taking responsibility for the performance, management and overall success of your assigned stores. You’ll play a key role in leading and inspiring your team, ensuring they consistently deliver excellent service while meeting sales and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of assigned branch, overseeing day-to-day operations, staff management and performance.
- Leading and inspiring the branch team to deliver on all sales metrics and KPIs, with ultimate accountability for delivery of branch operations, targets and KPIs
- Develop a high performing and winning branch team through regular coaching and 1:1s, delivering engaging and motivating team briefs supported by a strong rapport with the branch team
- Making an impactful contribution and positively influence all areas of the business, driving rapport while demonstrating candour in all situations
- Ensuring our pathway to reaching sales greatness is thriving
- Owning the full customer journey and experience including high merchandising standards, being better than the competition and resolving customer issues
- Aggressively trading the branch through commercial rotas, reviewing the sales performance by persons/range and implementing actions to maximise sales
- Ownership of branch health and safety and ensuring all branch admin is completed on time
- Embrace company culture and values while actively holding the team to the same standards
- Demonstrate relentless optimism for the business, positive energy, drive and a can do attitude
About You:
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced retail professional with the following skills and attributes:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, ideally at Store Manager level.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to different store environments.
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving sales and achieving business objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel and work across various store locations within Northern Ireland.
