Conveyancing Solicitor

Regan McEntee and Partners, a busy and dynamic practice based in Trim, County Meath are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor. The successful candidate should be very experienced in Irish Conveyancing Law and Practice and have experience in acting for private clients in residential conveyancing.

The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

• Experience in all aspects of conveyancing;
• Investigating title and dealing with pre-contract enquiries;
• Drafting documentation including transfers, conveyances, assignments and licences;
• Drafting commercial and residential leases, raising and replying to pre-lease enquiries;
• Preparing and attending at closings and dealing with stamping and registration;
• Land Registry applications - adverse possession, first registrations, registration of easements etc.;
• Strong IT skills;
• Excellent administration skills and ability to prioritise work;
• Excellent attention to detail.

Remote working with flexible hours (part time or full time) can be facilitated but as the role is for private clients the preference is for a hybrid working model with at least three “in office” days per week.
